Business development and consulting will be at the core of your responsibilities: you will be expected to build a fruitful relationship network of clients and candidates who will both bring you the business that you need.

Duties and Responsibilities:

" Developing new client business through a structured and consultative business development approach
" Identify and select the most suitable candidates, interviewing them and assessing their knowledge and skill level
" Build strong relationships with all relevant applicants
" Develop industry/sector/subject matter expertise
" Using knowledge of the market, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiations
" Maintain and expand the FYTE network

The tools we offer are among the most innovative on the market: full-digital search engines, international search teams, video adverts, video CVs (FYTE4U APP), network of experts offering peer-to-peer identification etc...

Profil recherché

We seek strong, ambitious and passionate people coming from one of the following backgrounds in Belgium:

Experience in a recruitment firm
Experience in a role where relationship-building is key
