For one of our client, an internationally renowned firm, major actor of the construction / facilities sector, we are currently looking for their new Operational Excellence Manager to operate all over Europe but focusing first in Belgium.
In this new position with high potential development, you will work on a group level as a part of an internal consultancy team leading the design and implementation of operational projects.
" You will work in project teams of 2-5 consultants usually in Headquarters and local offices first in Belgium and Luxemburg and then in other countries of the south European perimeter. " You will work hand in hand with the Country Top Management on defining the mid and long-term strategy that includes the setting of priorities, definition of a road map to roll out the defined strategies into the organization, harmonization of work processes, and implementation of standards and best practices " You will lead the implementation in the field through training and coaching, identifying specific needs to successfully deploy the different programs. " You will leverage our global organization and experience in providing and implementing best demonstrated practices. " Responsibility for regular project progress and tracking as well as resolution of critical issues " Reporting activities and results to top management
" Perfect command of French as well as very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written). Italian and Spanish are a plus. " Strong education background, BA in Economics, Business Administration or BSc in Engineering from a top-tier University plus an MBA from a well-known Business School " Minimum 2-4 yrs. of work experience in an operational unit or a top tier management/operations consulting company, as well as team leadership and project management experience. " Strong leadership skills, including people development, team building, and conflict management functional and technical expertise in change, operational and project management and experience working with client executives and external stakeholders. " Flexibility to travel up to 50% of your time on a middle term notice.
